Board of Directors


The Prairie Ridge Home Owners Association Board of Directors consists of at least three (3) and up to seven (7) members whom are elected annually at the Annual Owners Meeting. The Board of Directors are given the responsibilities and duties to make decisions on behalf of the Association, including adopting changes to the governing documents, approving a budget, setting the annual assessment, levying a special assessment or any other tasks necessary to ensure the governing documents of the Association are protected.
